QUALITY MONTH CELEBRATION

Come November and its quality month celebration at ELGI. Marking the start of month long events, Dr. Jay hoisted the Quality Flag on  2nd November.

Speaking on the occasion Dr. Jay said, “Quality month (November) is celebrated in ELGI EQUIPMENTS LTD to symbolize our commitment to quality every day and hour, throughout the year. Self motivated individuals enhance quality by their initiatives. In order that their enthusiasm remains in tact, it is the responsibility of the organization to provide an appropriate environment.  ELGI provides such environment by recognizing the initiatives taken by every employee towards enhancement of quality".

"On this occasion, I request that every one should become self motivated in fostering quality throughout 365 days of the year and 24 hours of the day. Every employee should not only identify the quality issues but also should go further in finding ways to resolve the issues by getting through levels and across departments”, He added.

ELGI EQUIPMENTS LTD – Kurichy

At Kurichy , Mr. Dinesh Gupta – D. G. M. , marketing hoisted the Quality Flag . In his speech he emphasized, “Our customers seek quality in our products and services. They would be delighted if we understand their needs in full and are able to satisfy all their needs both explicit and implicit. Our quality policy emphasizes this and we should  ensure that we deliver their requirements at the right time every time.

Further customer requirement are not static. We must strive to understand the changing needs of customers before our competition and provide them satisfactory solutions in order to be successful in our operations. Let us today resolve to work towards achieving this”.
