ELGi recruiters reach out to college graduates through special recruitment drives across campuses. As the company continues to grow, we will intensify our search for talented, ambitious and passionate young graduates and post-graduates to join our team.

We have structured induction programs for graduate engineer trainees, post-graduate engineer trainees, management trainees and diploma engineer trainees that extend from six months to a year. As a part of the ELGi Young Leaders Program, trainees receive technical, soft skills and function-specific training, besides a general orientation of the company, for a smooth transition from campus to corporate life.

During this period, ELGi Learning and Development works closely with the trainees to develop their core strengths and help them move into roles that match their interests and competence.
