Otros contaminantes como el aceite o trazas de metal se a\u00f1aden durante el proceso de compresi\u00f3n con el compresor de aire.<\/p>\r\n<p>Cuando el aire comprimido se enfr\u00eda, el vapor de agua (humedad)aparece en forma de condensado y debe eliminarse del sistema de aire comprimido. El proceso de secado del aire comprimido es una parte importante del tratamiento del aire. <\/p>\r\n<p>Analicemos cu\u00e1les son los problemas derivados de la presencia de humedad en el aire comprimido:<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Da\u00f1os y fallos de funcionamiento en equipos e instrumentos accionados por aire<\/li>\r\n<li>Corrosi\u00f3n de las tuber\u00edas de aire comprimido, lo que provoca fugas y a\u00f1ade impurezas al aire<\/li>\r\n<li>Degradaci\u00f3n de la calidad del producto y proliferaci\u00f3n de contaminantes microbiol\u00f3gicos cuando el aire entra en contacto directo con el producto final, que pueden ser alimentos, medicamentos, productos qu\u00edmicos, etc.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<br>\r\n<p>Con un secador se reduce el contenido de humedad y se evita la condensaci\u00f3n en las tuber\u00edas. Por lo tanto, es un accesorio ideal y necesario que aplica a todas las aplicaciones.  <\/p>\r\n<p>De acuerdo con la norma internacional ISO 8573-1:2010, los contaminantes del aire comprimido, como part\u00edculas, agua y aceite, se separan seg\u00fan las clases de impurezas. En esta norma no se incluyen los microorganismos y otros gases. Como resultado, la pureza del aire se indica como [P, W, O] y se ordena seg\u00fan el n\u00famero de part\u00edculas, agua y aceite.<\/p>\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.elgi.com\/eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/energy-saving-blog-2023-2.jpg\" class=\"img-fluid\">\r\n<br>\r\n<p>En funci\u00f3n de los requisitos de la aplicaci\u00f3n, se debe eliminar el vapor de agua del aire comprimido utilizando el secador adecuado<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n<li>Con un secador de aire frigor\u00edfico se puede alcanzar la clase 4, 5, 6 de vapor de agua, es decir, ISO 8573-1:2010 [-: 4 :-]<\/li>\r\n<li>Con un secador de aire desecante se puede alcanzar la clase 1, 2, 3 de vapor de agua, es decir, ISO 8573-1:2010 [-: 1 :-].<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"pb-1\"><strong>\u00bfC\u00f3mo se puede eliminar la humedad?<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>A continuaci\u00f3n, se muestra el proceso de instalaci\u00f3n recomendado para cualquier tipo de secador. <\/p>\r\n\r\n<img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.elgi.com\/eu\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/energy-saving-blog-2023-img-2.jpg\" class=\"img-fluid\">\r\n<p>Los <strong>separadores de humedad<\/strong> ayudan a eliminar el agua l\u00edquida del aire comprimido. Es obligatorio disponer de un buen sistema de drenaje autom\u00e1tico junto con el separador de humedad, ya que despu\u00e9s del refrigerador siempre se produce condensado. La correcta eliminaci\u00f3n del condensado garantizar\u00e1 que no pase agua l\u00edquida a los equipos aguas abajo. Se recomienda utilizar un sistema de drenaje sin p\u00e9rdidas y con sensor de nivel, as\u00ed como un separador de humedad para poder completar este proceso con la m\u00ednima p\u00e9rdida de aire.<\/p>\r\n<p><strong>El dep\u00f3sito h\u00famedo<\/strong> (antes del secador) act\u00faa como intercambiador de calor, es decir, enfr\u00eda el aire y, por tanto, condensa la humedad antes de que llegue al secador. El agua puede drenarse desde el fondo del dep\u00f3sito con un sistema de drenaje temporizado o de otro tipo. Gracias a la eliminaci\u00f3n previa de parte de la humedad, el dep\u00f3sito receptor reduce la carga del secador de aire. Esto es aplicable a todo tipo de secadores, tanto frigor\u00edficos de aire como desecantes.<\/p>\r\n<p>Para los requisitos de calidad del aire de clase 4, 5, 6, puede optar por el secador frigor\u00edfico.<\/p>\r\n<p>Los <strong>secadores frigor\u00edficos<\/strong> se dividen, a su vez, en dos tipos<\/p>\r\n<ul>\r\n    <li>Secador frigor\u00edfico no c\u00edclico<\/li>\r\n    <li>Secador frigor\u00edfico (c\u00edclico) de bajo consumo energ\u00e9tico  <\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<h4 class=\"pb-1\"><strong>Secador frigor\u00edfico no c\u00edclico<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>Los secadores de aire frigor\u00edficos no c\u00edclicos tienen compresores frigor\u00edficos que se activan en cuanto se enciende el secador y no se detienen hasta que se apaga, salvo en determinadas condiciones excepcionales. Son menos costosos que los secadores c\u00edclicos y son una buena opci\u00f3n para aquellas aplicaciones en las que tienen que estar funcionando constantemente a pleno rendimiento. <\/p>\r\n<p>Sin embargo, es posible que se produzcan problemas durante los per\u00edodos de bajo uso de aire comprimido. En determinadas condiciones, hay posibilidad de congelaci\u00f3n, lo que da lugar a la formaci\u00f3n de hielo. Para evitar que esto ocurra, los secadores frigor\u00edficos no c\u00edclicos est\u00e1n equipados con una v\u00e1lvula de derivaci\u00f3n de gas caliente que devuelve el calor que el compresor de refrigeraci\u00f3n descargar\u00eda normalmente a la atm\u00f3sfera a la parte fr\u00eda del sistema con el fin de evitar que se congele. De esta forma, el sistema se mantiene estable y en funcionamiento continuo.<\/p>\r\n\r\n    <h4 class=\"pb-1\"><strong>Secador c\u00edclico: para ahorrar energ\u00eda<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n<p>El secador c\u00edclico de bajo consumo es la opci\u00f3n ideal cuando no hay carga o hay una carga parcial.
