The organization is constantly looking for opportunities to create a fulfilling work environment where employees can evolve and hone their skills, even beyond work.<\/p>  \r\n      <\/aside>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n<section class=\"start-journey-wrap\">\r\n  <div class=\"container-fluid\">\r\n    <div class=\"row\">\r\n      <aside class=\"col-md-12\">\r\n        <div class=\"main-title  mb-3\">STARTING THE JOURNEY <\/div>\r\n        <p>In 2017, ELGi undertook the Conquer K2 Mission to cover 28251 miles as a team. In 2018, the team got together for the 100 KM challenge, celebrating ELGi\u2019s presence in over 100 countries. In 2019, ELGi geared up for the \u2018What\u2019s your Finish Line\u2019 challenge.<\/p>\r\n      <\/aside>\r\n    <\/div>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n<section class=\"receip-block\">\r\n<div class=\"container-fluid\">\r\n<div class=\"row esg-whats-finishline-lg-wrap\">\r\n  <aside class=\"col-lg-12\">\r\n  <div class=\"prod-info-title\">2022<\/div>\r\n  <div class=\"row\">\r\n    <aside class=\"col-lg-7\">\r\n      <p class=\"text-justify\">Employees of ELGi and Channel Partners across the globe participated in the 4<sup>th<\/sup> edition of the #WhatsYourFinishLine Global Fitness Challenge 2022 in a bid to spread awareness about fitness and the need for a healthy lifestyle The 21-day-long challenge, which culminated on the 6th of November 2022, saw 1874 employees and distributors across the globe come together for a common purpose; to improve overall wellness, spread awareness about physical fitness and mental well-being, and emphasize the need for a healthy lifestyle. This year, 1874 participants from 27 countries, divided into 124 teams, clocked over 85648 miles running, walking, or jogging. Several daily mental and physical fitness challenges, such as meditation, cycling, and squats, were introduced to promote overall wellness.<\/p>\r\n      <p class=\"text-justify\">ELGi Equipments also powered the 2022 Coimbatore Marathon which was held on the 11th December, with participation from 1700 ELGi employees and their families. This was the 10th edition of the Coimbatore marathon, and ELGi has been a sponsor since 2013. All proceeds from the marathon support the Coimbatore Cancer Foundation in its efforts to spread cancer awareness among the masses.<\/p>\r\n    <\/aside>\r\n    <aside class=\"col-lg-5\">\r\n      <div class=\"su-youtube su-u-responsive-media-yes inspire-vid\"><iframe loading=\"lazy\" width=\"100%\" height=\"auto\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/LcrRHuKYGEw?autohide=2&amp;autoplay=0&amp;mute=0&amp;controls=1&amp;fs=1&amp;loop=1&amp;modestbranding=1&amp;playlist=LcrRHuKYGEw&amp;rel=0&amp;showinfo=1&amp;theme=dark&amp;wmode=&amp;playsinline=1\" frameborder=\"0\" allowfullscreen allow=\"autoplay; encrypted-media; picture-in-picture\" title=\"\"><\/iframe><\/div>\r\n    <\/aside>\r\n    <\/aside>\r\n  <\/div>\r\n<\/div>\r\n<\/section>\r\n<section class=\"receip-block-sec2\" >\r\n  <div class=\"container-fluid\">\r\n    <div class=\"row\">\r\n      <aside class=\"col-lg-7\">\r\n        <div class=\"prod-info-title\">2021<\/div>\r\n        <p class=\"text-justify\">The 3rd edition of the #WhatsYourFinishLine challenge was conducted across the globe during the second half of November 2021. Despite the continued challenges of the pandemic, the challenge saw 103 teams from 22 countries clocking over 42,500 miles over a fortnight, celebrating ELGi\u2019s spirit of resilience amid the global pandemic.<\/p>\r\n        <p class=\"text-justify\">The #WhatsYourFinishLine challenge has historically focused on promoting an active lifestyle among ELGi employees and other stakeholders in addition to raising awareness about physical and mental well-being, all while delivering an exciting experience for every participant. This year the 3rd edition saw the inclusion of five daily challenges, which encouraged all participants to compete and excel in time-bound activities ranging from push-ups, burpees, planks, crunches, and jumping jacks. <\/p>\r\n        <p class=\"text-justify\">ELGi Equipments will power the 9th edition of the Coimbatore Marathon, to be held virtually in December 2021. All proceeds from the marathon will go to the Coimbatore Cancer Foundation, which in turn greatly augments its efforts to raise cancer awareness, besides improving cancer patients\u2019 and caregivers\u2019 health and well-being.<\/p>\r\n        <div class=\"prod-info-title\">2020<\/div>\r\n        <p class=\"text-justify\">In 2020, the COVID-19 Pandemic brought unparalleled destruction to global health and social and economic systems. Most countries enforced a societal-level lockdown to control the Pandemic \u2014 this mass disruption of life-mandated lifestyle changes overnight. An area of life significantly impacted by the COVID-19 lockdowns was physical activity. Closure of gyms and restrictions on \u2018non-essential\u2019 travel led to declines in overall physical activity.<\/p>\r\n        <p class=\"text-justify\">Conversely, changing circumstances lead to the formation of new healthy habits. But besides all of the challenges, the Pandemic notwithstanding, the second edition of the #WhatsYourFinishLine challenge saw employees, distributors, and customers across Europe, India, the USA, Africa, Australia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Thailand, the Middle East, Malaysia, and Singapore common purpose. Sixty-three international virtual teams clocked over 35,000 miles running, walking, or jogging while adhering to the local health and safety regulations during the month-long challenge culminating on the 31st of December 2021. All in the true spirit of collaboration, one of the core values at ELGi!<\/p>\r\n        <p class=\"text-justify\">ELGi also powered the 2020 Coimbatore Marathon, held virtually this year in December. All proceeds from the marathon support the Coimbatore Cancer Foundation&#8217;s efforts to spread cancer awareness among the masses.<\/p>\r\n        <div class=\"prod-info-title\">2019<\/div>\r\n        <p class=\"text-justify\">In 2019, the ELGi #WhatsYourFinishLine challenge was conceptualized to promote fitness as a means to ward off lifestyle-related diseases and build cancer awareness. The annual challenge prompts every ELGi employee, distributor, customer, supplier, and community to set their own fitness goals, come together, and achieve them via various team activities. The 2019 challenge is inspired by the final milestone of a marathon, yet it goes way beyond the marathon by encouraging individuals to decide their challenges and work slowly yet consistently toward them. The #WhatsYourFinishLine campaign, kicked off during the first week of September 2019 and saw ELGi employees, dealers, customers, suppliers, and the society at large set their own challenging goals to keep up with a lifestyle of fitness, by consistently doing any fitness activity including, walking, running, jogging, etc.<\/p>\r\n        <p class=\"text-justify\">Our sponsorship in these marathons has constantly been inspiring change and participation from all over the world.
