Doors designed for total accessibility
The large side doors on the air compressor provide easy access to air filters, engine, compressor, fuel tank, batteries and cooler. All the serviceable components of the compressor are placed within easy reach. The compressor design thus allows for easy maintenance and reduces downtime and service cost.
Centralised control panel
The control panel allows operators can check on the operating status using a combination of easy-to-use instruments and digital readouts. The panel contains an air pressure gauge, discharge air oil temperature gauge, hour meter, ignition start, override switches, circuit breaker, engine lube oil pressure gauge, engine water temperatures gauge and tachometer.
Two-Stage Air Intake Filters
The two-stage air filtration system prevents dust from entering the compressor and the engine. This makes the compressor ideal for operations in dusty conditions.
Three-stage air/oil separator
The compressor's three-stage air/oil separator effectively separates oil from the air. This three-stage system provides maximum oil recovery to minimise lube oil consumption and maintenance costs.
Variable capacity control
The 0-100% stepless variable capacity control helps to reduce fuel consumption and operating costs. End-use air consumption controls the opening and closing of the butterfly valve, thereby regulating inlet air suction and matching engine speed to air demand. This feature saves fuel and spends it only on the air used.
