Dr. Jairam Varadaraj atua como Diretor Geral da Elgi Equipments Ltd. e Membro da Diretoria da Elgi Ultra Industries Ltd., Elgi Rubber Co., Magna Electro Castings, Precot Meridian Ltd. e Thermax Ltd. Dr. Varadaraj é um empreendedor de terceira geração da família ilustre de negócios da LRG Naidu. Por quase 30 anos, o Dr. Varadaraj vem liderando e guiando os interesses de negócio da organização nas ásreas têxtil, de polímeros, máquinas meânicas e aparelhos de consumo. Anteriormente a isso, por quase quatro anos, esteve envolvido em docência e pesquisa noa Estados Unidos.
Dr. Varadaraj é ex-presidente daTamil Nadu State Committee da Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) e jpa foi membro da Southern Region Council of CII. Possui título de mestre em administração de negócios pela George Washington University, EUA, e PhD em negócios internacionais pela University of Michigan, EUA. Tem como destaque o a posse de quatro patentes nos campos de compressores, correia de transmissão, aparelhos de consumo e fabricação de alimentos.
Ramesh Ponnuswami é responsável pelos negócios da ELGi na Índia, sul da Ásia, África, Oriente Médio, sudeste da Ásia e Oceania. É também diretor da ATS ELGI Limited, uma subsidiária integral da ELGi. Entrou na ELGi em novembro de 2011.
Antes de entrar na ATS ELGI, trabalhou para EID Parry (India) Limited, uma empresa Murugappa Group, como vice presidente das operações. Lá ficou por dez anos , atuando em vários cargos que envolvia operações com açúcar, energia e distilaria, vendas e marketing. Também conduziu o time de projetos que desenhou, construiu e comissionou o maior porto da Ásia, fundamentado no refino de açúcar. Antes de entrar na Parry, Ramesh Ponnuswami trabalhou por cinco anos e meio na Sugar Research Limited na Austrália como gerente de desenvolvimento de negócios, sendo responsável pela venda de tecnologia e serviços para empresas açucareiras no mundo todo.
Ramesh Ponnuswami é graduado em engenharia mecânica na Índia e tem MBA pela RMIT University, Melbourne, Austrália. Fez parte do Murugappa Group Business Leadership Program.
Chris Ringlstetter is responsible for all of ELGi’s European operations, including Rotair. He has 25 years of business leadership experience with Ingersoll Rand and Doosan. His career has spanned application engineering, marketing, service and sales management, product management. He was the president of Ingersoll Rand’s air treatment division – a $200 million global business with full P&L responsibilities, including three manufacturing facilities. He has worked in multiple countries including the US, Germany, Italy, England and Belgium. He speaks English, German and Italian fluently.
Prior to joining ELGi, Chris Ringlstetter was the European president of the Luminator Technology Group, which makes passenger information systems for the mass transit and aerospace industries. In this role, held full P&L responsibilities over Europe, ME, Africa and Asia and led two manufacturing facilities.
Ringlstetter has an MBA from Duke University, and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan State University.
Brian Pahl is responsible for ELGi North America business. Brian is a transformational leader with a proven track record of leading strategic planning, restricting operations, and executing inorganic and organic growth initiatives. He joined ELGi from Pfeiffer Vacuum where he served as the President of North America. Prior to Pfeiffer, Brian spent time in various strategic, commercial, and operational leadership roles at Denios and Mann & Hummel. Brian has an MBA from the University of Findlay in Ohio.
Jayakanthan is responsible for Finance and IT functions globally for ELGi and has over 35 years of experience across industries and functions.
Before taking over the role of Chief Financial Officer, Jayakanthan was responsible for Global Strategy and HR functions at ELGi.
Since joining ELGi , besides being responsible for Corporate strategy, Jayakanthan has led Corporate Planning, Product Management and Marketing, Elgi Business System and Information Technology.
Before ELGi, he had worked with Kennametal India Ltd, Tata Honeywell Ltd., Krupp Industries and Bajaj Auto Limited. He is a commerce graduate from the University of Madras.
Bheemsingh Melchisedec serves as the Director of Operations at ELGi. In his previous assignment, he served as the President and Board of directors for Rane Light Metal Castings America Inc., USA, where he led the company's operational turnaround. He was instrumental in winning the Deming Grand Prize for Rane Brake Lining Limited. He was with the Rane group for over 16 years before joining ELGi. He holds a Master's degree in Business Administration from OUBS, UK. He also did courses in the field of Manufacturing Excellence, Strategy, and Leadership from IIM Ahmedabad, IIM Bangalore, ISB Hyderabad, and NUS, Singapore. Before the Rane group, he was with the Murugappa group and MRF Ltd.
Dr. K. Venu Madhav é responsável pelo desenvolvimento de novos produtos, desenvolvimento de tecnologia e inovação com uma visão para atender as exigências do mercado global. Possui quase 24 anos de experiência industrial e na ELGi desde 1998, salvo um curto período em uma organização de pesquisa após a graduação em mestrado. Dr. Venu exerceu papel central em projetos de air ends e foi particularmente responsável por introduzir o “saiba por quê” do design do rotor para a empresa. Venu Madhav tem grau de doutor em engenharia mecânica com especialização em compressores pela City University, London. Possui várias publicações técnicas e 2 patentes em tecnologia do compressor em seu mérito. Além disso, aprecia jogar badminton com seus filhos e ler nos momentos de lazer.
Dr Premendra is responsible for Corporate Strategy at ELGi and its subsidiaries, including ATS ELGI, and also leads Product Management Organization and Digital functions at ELGi. He joined ELGi in March 2023. Before joining ELGi, he worked with JK Paper Ltd. as Vice President - Strategy. Prior to that, he has worked with Roland Berger and Toyota Motor Europe.
Premendra has a bachelor’s degree in Materials Science & Metallurgical engineering from Indian Institute of Technology (Kanpur) and doctoral degree in Materials Science, with specialization in corrosion and electrochemistry, from Delft University of Technology (Netherlands). He has completed one-year full-time MBA (PGPX) from Indian Institute of Management (Ahmedabad). He has authored several research publications and a patent.
Nitesh Jain holds the position of Chief Human Resource Officer at ELGi. Prior to joining ELGi, he served as the Senior Vice President - Human Resources at Glenmark Pharmaceuticals. Throughout his career, Nitesh has held various roles of increasing responsibility at esteemed organizations such as Dr. Reddy's Laboratories, Arvind Mills, and Crompton Greaves. His extensive experience includes managing and collaborating with global teams, with expertise in Talent Strategy, Organizational Design, Change Management, Learning & Development, Rewards & Recognition, and Performance Management.
Nitesh holds a bachelor’s degree in Computer Application from Birla Institute of Technology, Ranchi, India. Additionally, he obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Management with a specialization in Human Resources from Xavier Institute of Social Service, Ranchi, India.
