ELGi expands its EQ Series range up to 45kW

The EQ 'ELGi Quest' Series of direct drive screw air compressors delivers high reliability in the segment from 11 to 45kW

Waterloo, Belgium, 28 August 2024: ELGi Compressors Europe, a subsidiary of ELGi Equipments Limited, one of the world’s leading air compressor manufacturers, has announced the expansion of the existing EQ Series portfolio of oil-lubricated, direct drive screw air compressors from 11-22kW with new 30-45kW units, and pressure versions of up to 15.5 bar g.

The EQ Series is designed to provide superior performance and reliability to manufacturing plants with relatively lower-duty cycles that traditionally use small belt-driven air compressors. In line with ELGi's customer-centric approach, the EQ ‘ELGi Quest’ Series, is built for customers requiring reliable compressed air at improved flows at the right value.

The ELGi EQ 11- 45kW is specifically engineered to meet the needs of small to medium-sized industrial customers, including vehicle service centers, general manufacturing, and wood and metalworking industries, delivering exceptional performance even in the most demanding and challenging environments.

With the newly added 15.5 bar g version, the EQ 11-45 kW models are now capable of meeting the high-pressure requirements for applications such as laser cutting of metals.

Capable of operating in dusty and humid conditions with an ambient temperature rating of up to 50°C, the EQ Series delivers reliable compressed air at improved flows, ensuring uptime with minimal maintenance.
