Charlotte, NC January 29, 2024 - ELGi North America (ELGi), a subsidiary of Elgi Equipments Limited, one of the world’s leading air compressor manufacturers, will participate in the American Rental Association’s annual trade show (ARA Show 2024), the world’s largest equipment rental trade show. ELGi will showcase its advanced portable compressed air solutions at booth #5957. The event runs February 18 – 21 at Ernest N. Morial Convention Center in New Orleans, LA.
At the show, ELGi will spotlight three portable compressed air solutions, i.e., the ELGi D90KA, ELGi D185T4F, and ELGi D300T4F, each designed with a focus on durability, fuel efficiency, quiet operation, and reliability. These solutions are tailored to meet the varied needs of construction projects, from installing fiber optic lines to powering pneumatic tools. Attendees will have the opportunity to experience the equipment first-hand and interact with ELGi's compressed air experts. The ELGi D90KA
The D90KA redefines resilience and efficiency in its category, delivering a robust 90 cfm at 100 psi. It proves compact size doesn’t mean sacrificing capability. Its durability is reinforced with a metal enclosure and intuitive controls. Unique in its category, the D90KA is the only 90 cfm/100 psi compressor with a standard toolbox, augmenting its functionality. The design also features an open canopy, providing easy access to spin-on filters and an oversized cooler for straightforward maintenance. This ensures that the D90KA is consistently prepared to meet the demanding conditions of any job site.
The ELGi D185T4F
The D185T4F compressor exemplifies durability with its all-steel structure and heavy-duty Dexter axle that enable the unit to resist dents and fading, making it ideal for enduring harsh conditions on job sites. Powered by a Kohler KDI diesel engine, this portable air compressor provides a reliable compressed air source with a capacity of 185 cfm at 100 psi or 145 cfm at 150 psi. The Kohler engine design allows the portable air compressor to meet Tier 4 Final EPA requirements without the need for an expensive diesel particulate filter. Additionally, the D185T4F is equipped with a new DeepSea Controller offering flexible control with built-in monitoring and protection. It’s also equipped with an Intelligent Start/Stop System that prevents cold starting and blowback, ensuring maximum reliability.
The ELGi D300T4F
The D300T4F stands as a model of efficiency and profitability, engineered to offer a swift return on investment and lower total cost of ownership. With its powerful engine and maintenance-free T4F system, the D300T4F spends more time generating revenue across a broad range of applications. Equipped with a 74 HP engine and a dual-pressure system, it is suitable for job sites where larger compressors are typically used. The quiet and efficient Kohler engine operates without diesel exhaust fluid (DEF) or a diesel particulate filter. The Intelligent Start/Stop System prevents cold starting and blowback, enhancing reliability. The open-canopy design ensures easy access to spin-on filters and oversized coolers for quick cleaning, keeping the D300T4F consistently ready for demanding job sites.
