I began with a stepping stone role at ELGi Australia as a Business support Executive. Over the years, as the business grew, I have grown too. I now manage the distributor network at ELGi.

As part of a dynamic team at ELGi, I have learned to effectively collaborate with people to achieve optimal efficiency. As an individual I have improved on my time management skills and multi-tasking. My journey has been exciting, challenging, with lots of new learning’s. I’m constantly striving to do better, be better.

I have worked in various roles/areas/functions spanning sales and marketing, all of which have given me the opportunity to learn something new. As an organization, we strive constantly for improvement across all functions and operations; especially in anticipating our customers’ needs and going the extra mile to fulfill them.
It has been an amazing two-decade journey at ELGi.

ELGi has helped me transform from a sales engineer to a business leader of the OSEA region.
I attribute this growth to a number of factors such as opportunities to work in a variety of roles and functions; involvement in key front-end and back-end projects; continual training in soft and hard skills, financial and business acumen, innovation and strategy building; freedom to explore and implement new ideas; and on-the-field exposure to different markets.

I joined ELGi’s R&D department as an engineer, where I received an opportunity to learn more about screw compressor design at City, a public research University in London, the United Kingdom. During my 2 year PhD in mechanical engineering, I gained immensely both professionally and personally and grew to lead a team of people who were also deputed to City for their higher education. Currently, I lead the technology division and I’m responsible for developing highly innovative products and technology solutions to cater to ELGi’s global customer requirements.

At ELGi, innovative design is at the heart of our core values. It helps us to focus our design philosophy, be it on a product safety label or sophisticated software. This has led to a universal design culture at ELGi. I am proud to be in this organization and I’m certainly looking forward to an exciting future.

As an IT person working in the manufacturing sector, ELGi has given me the opportunity to become a techno-functional expert. ELGi provides a safe working environment for women, but more importantly an inclusive work environment with limitless opportunities and freedom of expression for all.
In my career spanning two decades, I have successfully implemented ERP in three overseas locations of ELGi. What will stay with me forever is the transparency with which ELGi conducts business. I feel great pride to be part of a company which has integrity at the core of its value system.

In my many years working with the quality department, I take great pride in the fact that we have never compromised on quality. It is paramount to how we operate as an establishment. We believe our customers deserve our best and we ensure we deliver. I’m proud to be an ELGian.

I have been working as a senior engineer with the after sales department at ELGi.
Over the last five years, I have grown along with the company and have gained knowledge in the field of air compressors and business management. I love challenges and ELGi provides an exciting and dynamic work environment for me, every day. The knowledge that we are working towards providing the best quality and after-service to our customers gives me immense gratification.

I began my career with ELGi as a graduate engineer trainee (GET). Every day, ELGi has provided me with a platform to learn something new, push my limits and hone my skills.
I have also learned to be aware and sensitive to the needs of our stakeholders.

On my first day at ELGi, I received a fantastic welcome from my colleagues who made me feel at home. I do feel fortunate to be a part of such a dynamic working environment with competent and respectful professionals as my teammates.
During my time here, I have learned to identify opportunities for growth and seize them expeditiously. What excites me the most is being an active part of a winning project and growing day by day together with the company.

I started my career at ELGi as a marketing engineer and over the years, I have gained valuable insights about customer’s behavior and the customer experience.

One thing I have learnt at ELGi that will stay with me is keeping the customer in mind, no matter what. Two years after joining the ELGi Global Sourcing team, I got an opportunity to move to ELGi China. I received the necessary training and hand-holding from my team to prepare for the new role. ELGi is a place where employees get plenty of opportunities to learn and grow as a professional and as an individual.

I joined ELGi way back in 2007 as an associate for compressor testing and moved on to a variety of functions spanning Customer Quality and the Aftermarket. Presently, I work with the Product Management function for the Aftermarket division. I’ve been happy to be part of ELGi’s CK2 aspiration and it has been remarkable that ELGi has helped each one of us align with it.
ELGi has given me opportunities to learn, explore and succeed. With regards to ELGi's employee relations, it is commendable that ELGi periodically revisits the existing process and strategically addresses employee requirements. ELGi continues to have strong bond with all ELGians and their family too.
ELGi’s ‘value system’ has become an integral part to our growth in professional as well as personal life.

In my eight years of association with ELGi, I have had a successful career with international exposure, diverse knowledge in technical, operational management, service delivery and project management.
ELGi recognizes, encourages and helps every employee to explore one’s true potential. Managing customer centric operations and ensuring customer satisfaction are my invaluable learnings at ELGi that will always stay with me.

To me, freedom of exploring the best for the customer and the company irrespective of the position or department at ELGi is exciting.
I started my career in ELGi in the Business development team. But , soon realized that position was immaterial. You get the opportunity to learn various aspects of the business. I have gained huge experience in verticals like sourcing, production, planning though I am not in them directly, thanks to learning opportunities provided by ELGi daily on the job.
