YOUNG LEADERS

ELGi recruiters reach out to college graduates through special recruitment drives across campuses in India. As the company continues to grow, we will intensify our search for talented, ambitious and passionate young graduates and post-graduates to join our team.

We have structured induction programmes for graduate engineer trainees, post-graduate engineer trainees, management trainees and diploma engineer trainees that extend from six months to a year. As a part of the ELGi Young Leaders Programme, trainees receive technical, soft skills and function-specific training, besides a general orientation of the company, for a smooth transition from campus to corporate life.

During this period, ELGi Learning and Development works closely with the trainees to develop their core strengths and help them move into roles that match their interests and competence. A few years in the company also entitle our young engineers to apply for a customised MTech programme in engineering design and manufacturing in association with Amrita University.

LATERAL HIRES

ELGi has been attracting highly skilled and experienced talent from the industry for middle and senior management roles. Our experienced hires have bolstered our technical and managerial capabilities by bringing in new competencies.

As we continue to expand globally, we will be looking for an increasing number of experienced professionals to take on new challenges and steer the business towards its ambitious goals.

We support the growth and development of these professionals through a range of continuous learning programmes. We use a variety of learning tools and mechanisms to enable our mid-level and senior managers to shoulder bigger responsibilities as they move into more challenging roles. These training interventions equip our managers with skills to help them lead high performing teams, take our dynamic work culture forward and manage global teams.
