Pattons Medical to showcase medical vacuum technology at ASPE 2024

The system fully complies with the NFPA 99 Health Care Facilities Code and meets stringent safety standards. This system also includes a pair of two-horsepower oil-less rotary vane vacuum pumps, each with an integrated inlet filter and isolation valve for low maintenance. Additionally, Pattons Medical’s Signal 1™ control panel is equipped on the system to seamlessly alternate between the two pumps and maintain continuous operation. This built-in redundancy provides uninterrupted service that is critical in healthcare applications.

In addition, the Signal 1™ control panel features Pattons Medical’s System Health monitoring, which uses a Human-Machine Interface (HMI) so that owners and technicians can review historical and current monitor vacuum levels, motor current, and ambient temperature. System Health also provides warnings about abnormal operations so that proactive measures can be taken to ensure safe, continuous operation.

Contractors and engineers will appreciate Pattons Medical’s pre-piped and pre-wired design, that simplifies the installation process. With a compact and fully integrated design, Pattons Medical’s systems are compatible with the facilities' existing building systems.
