The ELGi D185T4F

The D185T4F portable air compressor combines compact size with unmatched resilience, making it perfect for harsh construction environments. Its all-steel structure and heavy-duty Dexter axle resist dents and fading, ensuring longevity in demanding conditions. Powered by a Kohler KDI diesel engine, this portable air compressor provides a reliable compressed air source with a capacity of 185 cfm at 100 psi or 145 cfm at 150 psi. The Kohler engine design allows the portable air compressor to meet Tier 4 Final EPA requirements without the need for an expensive diesel particulate filter. Additionally, the D185T4F is equipped with a new DeepSea Controller offering flexible control with built-in monitoring and protection. It also has an Intelligent Start/Stop System that prevents cold starting and blowback, ensuring maximum reliability.

The ELGi D400T4F

The D400T4F offers the robust performance required for large-scale construction projects and industrial applications. It operates at dual pressures (100 psi and 150 psi) and is powered by a quiet Cummins engine that delivers up to 11 hours of uninterrupted operation, ideal for sustained heavy-duty use. For enhanced operator safety, all service outlets are located at the rear adjacent to a digital controller. The intelligent Start/Stop System prevents cold starting and blowback, improving operational efficiency. Moreover, large double doors on both sides allow easy access to maintenance areas, ensuring the compressor consistently delivers high performance and reliability.

The D185T4F and D400T4F portable air compressors are both backed with a 5-year/unlimited-hour air-end warranty. ELGi’s team of compressed air experts will be on hand to speak with visitors about their specific projects and compressed air requirements.
